Frequently Asked Questions
I have more than one child. Can I enter all my children to the contest?
Each child is an entry. You can enter each of your kids as separate entries. In the case where children from the same family has top likes, only one gift will be given to the family and the next child with top likes from another family will be given the next gift.
What if we don’t have professional photos of our kids?
Professional photos are not required for this contest. You can simply take a nice photo with your phone
We don\’t live in Vancouver. Can we enter the contest?
We invite all families within the Metro Vancouver Area and Lower Mainland to enter the contest.
I don’t have a Facebook account. Can I still participate in the contest?
You don’t need a Facebook account to enter the contest. All you need to do is send the link for your child’s photo to family and friends in order to vote for your child
My child is 6 years old, can I post a photo from when he/she was 2?
All entries should be a current representation of your child. Photos that don’t match the child’s age are subject to disqualification.
How is the winner selected?
The child with the highest number of likes on his/her photo wins.
Does Love, Laughter and other emoticons on Facebook count as a vote?
Yes
How can I send the post for my child to friends and family members?
There are a number of ways: you can copy the link to your child’s photo, you can mention your friends and families specifically in the comments section so there is no mistake on the photo to vote on, you can also share your child’s photo from our Facebook page to your facebook page and invite your friends to vote.
How will I know when to start voting?
You will receive an email on your registered email address with information throughout the process. You will be notified when entries are closed, voting begins, voting ends and winner is announced.
How does the portrait session voucher work?
The portrait session voucher can be used towards a custom portrait session (including print credit) for the winning kid and/or his/her family. It may not be combined with a studio special or themed sessions.
